Refund Policy
Last updated October 9, 2026
If RigValet doesn’t work on your Macs, email support@rigvalet.com within 60 days of buying it. We’ll help you get it working, and if we can’t, we’ll refund you in full.
Before you buy
Check the requirements: an Apple silicon Mac, a USB-C cable that carries data, a Mac mini on macOS 26 or 27, and your willingness to turn off SIP. Read what that means and our terms first. If you aren’t comfortable lowering your Mac’s security, please don’t buy RigValet.
When we refund
- RigValet doesn’t work as described on a supported Mac, and we can’t fix it with you.
- You were charged twice, or charged without your permission.
- You didn’t receive your license key and we can’t get it to you.
We generally don’t refund a change of mind after RigValet has set up your Mac, or a purchase made for a Mac that doesn’t meet the requirements. RigValet not working once you turn SIP back on is expected, not a fault.
EU and UK customers
If you’re a consumer in the EU or UK, you can also cancel your purchase within 14 days of getting access to RigValet, for any reason, as set out in Link’s terms.
How refunds work
Email support@rigvalet.com with the email address you bought with. Refunds are issued by Link, our reseller, to your original payment method, and usually arrive in 5 to 10 business days. You can also ask Link directly under its refund policy.
A refund ends your license and your key stops working. Please uninstall RigValet and turn SIP back on.
A refund covers the price you paid. It doesn’t cover lost data, time, damage to devices, or other costs, as set out in our terms. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under consumer law.
